We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of an established artisan jewelry and accessories company seeking an E-Commerce and Digital Growth Manager. The brand works with independent designers and craftspeople to sell distinctive jewelry, accessories, and collectible pieces to customers across the United States.

The position will lead online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and digital merchandising. The successful candidate will combine commercial thinking with a strong understanding of e-commerce performance and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's e-commerce platform and online merchandising.
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic and conversion.
- Lead email, paid digital, and customer retention initiatives.
- Analyze sales, conversion, and customer acquisition performance.
- Coordinate digital product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Improve the online customer journey and shopping experience.
- 4+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
- Experience within jewelry, fashion, beauty,



or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce analytics and conversion metrics.
- Experience with digital advertising and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 per year
