Om Infinity, a luxury lodge opening in La Carrera, is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated hospitality leader to head our dining room and beverage program as Sommelier & Maître d’Hôtel.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee full front-of-house service operations, maintaining seamless flow and refined standards.
- Curate wine lists, manage cellar inventory, and deliver expert wine pairings tailored to high-end gastronomy.
- Greet international guests, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized table-side service.
- Drive beverage and dining revenue through add-on sales, rare wine recommendations, and exclusive tasting experiences.
- Supervise, train, and inspire dining room staff to maintain impeccable service etiquette.
- Manage table bookings, seatings, and dining room ambiance to guarantee a luxurious atmosphere.
