Analyst who combines strong project management and PMO capabilities with a hands-on ability to build and implement business solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The Role

Project Management Office (PMO)
- Lead and coordinate strategic transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas and countries.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets,



and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, including governance frameworks, RAID logs, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and benefits realization.
- Drive project execution from inception through implementation, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Facilitate decision-making through structured project oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
- Translate business needs into practical solutions and actionable project roadmaps.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
