People Architects is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-brand consumer products company to recruit a Copywriter.

IMPORTANT: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English with US based team members and stakeholders.

Words are where this business wins and where its risk lives. Our launch runs on owned email and SMS first, then paid social — all of which is copy-led. Our positioning, “we sell the system, not the shot,” only works if the message is sharp, honest, and stage-aware.

In a regulated category, marketing claims are the one layer we fully own, so the Copywriter is also our first line of compliance discipline. We need a writer who can produce conversion-focused copy at volume while keeping it within the appropriate compliance guardrails.

Responsibilities

Funnel Copy
- Own copy across the funnel, including ad copy, hooks, primary text, scripts, email and SMS flows, landing pages, advertorials, quiz funnels, and VSL scripts

Journey-Stage Messaging




- Write to where the member is in their journey, including considering, honeymoon, plateau/side-effects, and off-ramp/maintenance stages
- Adapt the message, offer, and companion supplement focus based on the member's stage

Compliance-Focused Copy
- Write compliant copy by default
- Sell companion supplements based on their own structure/function merits
- Include required DISCLAIMERS
- Never position a supplement as counteracting a drug, replacing it, or keeping weight off after a drug is discontinued

AI-Forward Writing
- Use LLMs to draft, vary, and accelerate copy production
- Apply strong editorial judgment to refine AI-generated content while maintaining brand voice and quality
- Feed the creative team a steady stream of hooks and angles
- Partner closely with design and lifecycle teams to ensure copy is handed off clearly and efficiently
