As a BrightBee Before and After School Group Leader, you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed. We are currently partnered San Ramon Unified School District. During your interview we will go into detail about what assignments are available at these sites. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more your earning potential is.
Scheduled
- Start Date: September 14, 2026
- Monday- Friday (noon-6:30pm)
- Great consistent weekly income

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Basic Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting
- CPR and First Aid certification
Before You Start
To keep students safe , you’ll need to:
- Pass a background check
- Follow safety and reporting guidelines
- Complete required school clearances which you are responsible for paying.
- Costs associated with the clearance process are the sole responsibility of the candidate, as this engagement is for an independent contractor role rather than a traditional employment position. Requirements vary by state but may include the cost of a background check, obtaining a copy of any college transcript you have, and the cost of complet
