Purpose

We are looking for aCRM Executive to execute and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple lifecycle stages while supporting the development of regional CRM initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality automated campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities through data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and business performance.

In This Role, You'll
- Execute and manage CRM campaigns across multiple lifecycle stages, ensuring timely delivery and consistent customer experiences.
- Build, monitor, and optimize automated customer journeys across email, push notifications, SMS,



and other CRM channels.
- Support the implementation of lifecycle strategies by translating business objectives into effective CRM campaigns.
- Develop customer segmentations using behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data.
- Configure and optimize trigger-based communications based on customer behavior and real-time events.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis.
- Execute A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives, providing recommendations based on results.
- Ensure CRM communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous evolution of CRM best practices and automation capabilities.

- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Email Marketing.
