About the role

This is a 100% work from home position, open to any location in LATAM.

You Will:
- Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
- Contribute to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
Identify new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets

You Are:
- A believer that there is more to sourcing than LinkedIn
- Able to segment clients to discern relevant requirements given their current growth trajectory
Driven to find solutions and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levelsYou Have:
- Operations, C- level recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple hiring teams
- A desire to represent yourself, RocketPower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
- An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions




- Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with G-Suite
