About the role
We are building a new Talent Acquisition function here at Qontigo and seeking a Sourcer to join our team reporting directly into the Head of TA. This position will support our talent recruitment efforts both locally and globally.

Responsibilities:




- In close partnership with key stakeholders and hiring managers, drive the execution of the sourcing strategies for all assigned requisitions.
- Effectively source and interact with passive and active talent through social channels, job boards, ATS system, referrals and other channels to build talent pipelines.
- Identify best recruitment practices through sourcing, marketing, and referral generation.
- Identify search and marketing approaches to attract top talent.
- Suggest and implement creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Provide updates and regular reporting on recruiting and HR activities.
Qualifications:
- Multiple years of talent acquisition sourcing experience is required. Prior experience in technical recruiting within Technology, Engineering and/or Financial Industries is preferred.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
