Overview:
The role involves evaluating AI-generated customer support responses across platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. You will assess responses for accuracy, hallucinations, compliance, tone, intent, and overall quality using defined evaluation guidelines.
Preferred background: Customer service, call center, retail, chat/email support, or phone-based customer support, along with strong written English and attention to detail.
