Your challenges and objectives:
- Learn about our help desk processes
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge about devices and hardware used at Avature and how they should be configured
- Gain autonomy and ownership when handling help desk issues
- Be customer service oriented towards internal clients

Your day-to-day activities:
- Interact with fellow employees to troubleshoot their issues
- Prioritize requests for technical assistance
- Install, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals
- Maintain confidentiality and security regarding processes, storage and access

About you:
- Passionate about technology.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Windows, macOS and Ubuntu knowledge.




- Enthusiastic about assisting others with technical issues.
- Eager to learn in a fun and encouraging working environment.
- It’s a plus if you’ve recently graduated with a technology-related degree, such as IT engineering, systems engineering, or computer science.
- Linux/Unix knowledge is also appreciated.
