Description Position Overview
The Tech Lead is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered automated testing platform for a Fortune 200 agricultural client. This role combines delivery ownership, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership to ensure high-quality execution of a complex, enterprise-grade solution.
You will act as the primary bridge between the client’s engineering leadership and the delivery pod, driving planning, execution, and delivery outcomes. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring your team successfully delivers working software, not hands-on coding.
What You’ll Do
Delivery Ownership & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered regression testing platform
Drive sprint planning, milestone tracking, and execution across a 90-day phased rollout
Ensure alignment between client expectations and team delivery
Manage scope, timelines, and delivery commitments
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution
Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction
Client & Stakeholder Management:




Act as the primary client-facing lead, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Translate business needs into structured execution plans with clear acceptance criteria
Maintain strong communication cadence with client leadership
Team Leadership & Coordination:Lead a cross-functional pod including:
Agent/Orchestration Engineer
Test Automation Engineer
DevOps/Cloud Engineer
Test Lead
Support Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and delivery alignment
Remove blockers and enable team success
Promote accountability, ownership, and collaboration
Continuous Improvement & Governance:
Promote Agile best practices and delivery excellence
Monitor delivery metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance standards
Drive continuous improvement across processes and execution
