About the role:
We are looking for a Web QA Automation Engineer with a strong technical background, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining reliable automated tests, understanding that automation is a tool to reduce risk and accelerate delivery, not an end in itself.

Responsabilities:
- Design and develop automated tests for critical product workflows.
- Automate validations of business logic and key rules.
- Orchestrate scenarios that span frontend, backend, and external services.
- Maintain and refactor existing automation suites.
- Analyze real failures vs. false positives.
- Collaborate with functional QA and developers to improve system testability.




- Provide technical judgment on where automation adds real value.

Requirements:
- Automation of validations for complex business rules.
- REST API testing (requests, responses, contracts).
- Ability to orchestrate scenarios involving multiple services.
- Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient use of Git and version control.
- Ability to analyze functional and technical failures in automated workflows.
- Critical thinking and strong functional criteria.
- Clear and direct communication based on data and facts.
- Self-driven/Autonomous: Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Preventive mindset: Focused on user experience and business impact.
