Ferring+You
- As our Commercial & Market Access KAM, you will develop and lead strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including Payers, Wholesalers, and Public Ministries.



Your mission will be to drive access, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver sustainable business growth.
- Your day at Ferring- Develop and execute tailored strategic account plans for each key customer.- Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for negotiations, inquiries, and strategic discussions.- Lead regular business review meetings with clients to assess performance and identify new opportunities.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams to align strategies.- Contribute to pricing strategies and develop robust commercial proposals.- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and agreed terms.- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer need
