- Para el puesto de Meeting Planner buscamos a una persona con experiência para liderar la planificación,



coordinación y ejecución de congresos, eventos corporativos, lanzamientos y programas complejos. Este rol requiere gestionar múltiples eventos en simultáneo, ser el punto de contacto principal del cliente y asegurar una entrega consistente, optimizado y de alta calidad en cada etapa.

Responsabilidades:
- Planificación y ejecución integral de eventos.Elaboración de itinerarios de viaje detallados y agendas atractivas.
- Gestión de sourcing, negociación y administración de contratos con proveedores (sedes, hoteles, DMCs, transporte, etc.).
- Supervisión operativa del evento, resolución de incidencias en tiempo real y adaptación a cambios de último momento.
- Asesoramiento y atención al cliente de alto nível, con comunicación clara y seguimiento continuo.
- Coordinación con equipos internos y externos para asegurar alineación, cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de servicio.
