Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads within 15-30 minutes via phone and SMS- Qualify prospects based on revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service fit
- Book discovery calls for the sales team using provided workflows and templates




- Keep CRM activity fully updated and organized at all times
- Track outreach performance and hit weekly KPIs
- Share daily progress updates including replies, contacts reached, and meetings booked

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with measurable results
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners across US-facing markets
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong self-management skills
- Resilient mindset and confidence handling high-volume outreach
- Applicants based in Latin America or overlapping US business hours are strongly preferred
