Job summary: As an Analytics Solutions Associate in our F&BM; Strategic Operational Data Intelligence team, you will support the design and delivery of impactful data solutions and contribute to strategic decision‑making. You will balance structure and best practices with pragmatic execution, working with a diverse team to deliver high‑impact projects that empower business decisions and innovation. Key responsibilities




- Document current state processes and capture data lineage.
- Translate data requirements into actionable plans and resolve inconsistencies.
- Participate in data warehouse lifecycle activities: sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction.
- Use industry‑standard tools for data ingestion, streaming, storage, and visualization.
- Integrate and operationalize data solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, AWS Lambda).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative analytics projects.
- Communicate status, risks, and priorities effectively; influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent education and/or professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL
