- 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in software development projects
- University degree with a mathematical background or postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Knowledge of Essential Analysis and/or Object-Oriented Analysis & Design
- Experience with RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere and SAP Build Process Automation
- Experience preparing functional and non-functional requirements documentation
- Ability to model and document business processes for automation initiatives
- Experience working in Scrum environments
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders




- English level - intermediate or higher

_ Nice-to-have skills_
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience with BPMN process modeling
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar requirements management tools
- Experience working with companies in the energy, finance, or industrial sectors
- Understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle and best practices

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications
- Design and document logical flows for business process automation
- Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and related project documentation
- Participate in validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end users
- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and project-related information
- Work closely with developers to ensure business requirements are clearly translated into
