You'll manage the delicate balance between project intake and human capacity. Your mission is to ensure our business units remain "healthy" through high productivity, precise staffing, and seamless onboarding. In short: you ensure we have the right people on the right tasks at all times.

You will have the autonomy to shape how our business units operate. You aren't just following a process; you are building the "rhythm" that allows world-class creative work to happen.

Key Responsibilities:
You are the architect of our workflow. You don't just watch the process; you own it from inception to execution.
- Workflow Ownership: Manage the end-to-end project intake process, ensuring no detail is missed during handoffs.
- System Administration: Serve as the primary admin for core systems.



You'll open projects and manage metadata to ensure our reporting is flawless.
- Data Integrity: Maintain "source of truth" data across all platforms, providing leadership with real-time visibility into project status and budget health.

You are the Central Casting Authority for our Business Units. You move beyond simple "availability" to find the perfect match for every brief.
- Talent Matching: Staff creative roles—from GCDs and ACDs to Copywriters and Asset Designers—based on their unique skill sets, brand experience, and current bandwidth.
- Freelance Network Management: When internal capacity hits its limit, you'll proactively source, vet, and hire freelance talent to bridge the gap.
- Operational Onboarding: Ensure every new hire and freelancer feels like part of the team from Day 1 by owning their system access and project context.
