About the Role:
At Tonic3, we are looking for a Consulting Engineer III - Customer Delivery with a strong Data Center background to support complex, customer-facing solution validation and delivery engagements.

In this highly visible role, you will work closely with enterprise and service provider customers, internal delivery teams, and solution architects to validate next-generation data center and networking solutions, ensuring successful implementation and accelerated adoption of new technologies.

This position is idóneo for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of deep technical expertise, customer interaction, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Engineer, you will:
- Engage with customers and other stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements.- Support next generation R&S;, Data Center, and Service Provider customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms/solutions.- Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements.- Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements,



build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results.- Identify key issues and gaps and work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve them.- Develop/integrate new technologies into lab environments.- Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams regarding future initiatives and securing customer business.- Innovate to gain efficiency and accelerate validation efforts.- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and facilitate new business growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Customer Facing experience (ability to interface and interact with customers successfully).- Previous experience in complex network troubleshooting or TAC-style experience.- 3 - 8 years of experience with Nexus platforms (focus on n9k)- Very good understanding and experience on L2 switching, L3 routing and routing proto
