We are looking for a driven, self-starting, team player who loves numbers and excels in attention to detail, communication and can handle online software with ease.

Main responsibilities:
Use of GOOGLE apps such as gmail, docs, excel, forms, slides, among others, and feel comfortable using them.

Update the status of purchase orders as they move from purchase to receive and they get shipped.

Input the expense reports in accounting software.

Review/create calculations for product components (cost prorating), using google sheets and/or other apps and update the accounting software.

Create weekly/monthly KPI reports.

This position requires a lot of attention to details (this will be tested).

Able to work from 8AM to 5PM (Eastern time), Monday to Friday. USA holidays will be used.

Payment will be via PayPal or Wise.

Requirements:
Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica.

2 años de experiência en trabajo de oficina utilizando hojas electronicas y/o software contable.

Idiomas:



Español e Inglés intermedio

Able to participate in all staff meetings using Zoom.
