We are looking for a Senior Community Manager with extensive experience in managing
digital communities, social media, and knowledge of generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot,
addition to generating engagement and using AI to optimize content creation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication and content strategies for social media
platforms.
- Use generative AI tools to create and automate high-quality content.
- Create and manage editorial calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Foster community interaction and growth, responding promptly to followers.
- Lead and collaborate with marketing and design teams to align community actions with
overall campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.
- Manage communication crises on social media and protect brand reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and generative AI
technologies.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and online communities.
- Knowledge of generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
