We're hiring an Amazon PPC & SEO Specialist to own paid advertising and organic visibility across our Amazon.ca catalog. This is a results role, you will be responsible for profitable ACOS/TACOS, not “running Amazon ads.”

Museo Co. is a Toronto-based brand aggregator bringing health, beauty, and wellness brands into the Canadian market. We handle importer of record, compliance readiness, logistics, warehousing, e-commerce execution, and brand protection, helping brands scale in Canada with control and consistency.

What you'll do
• Own and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Build and maintain campaign structure: prospecting, defensive, keyword harvesting, negative keyword management
• Manage budgets, bids, and daily optimizations across all active ASINs
• Run a structured keyword research and bid-testing cadence
• Support listing SEO: keyword indexing, backend search terms, title/bullet optimization
• Monitor ACOS/TACOS/ROAS and adjust strategy to hit targets
• Coordinate with our catalog/listing lead on new launches,



promotions, and inventory-driven pacing
• Produce a weekly performance report: what happened, why, what we're changing next
• Flag listing or catalog issues that are hurting ad or organic performance to the catalog owner
• Maintain clean documentation: tests run, outcomes, learnings, next bets

What we're looking for (must-have)
• Proven Amazon Ads experience with real targets (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS)
• Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with Amazon attribution and Brand Analytics
• Ability to work independently and move fast without hand-holding
• Strong decision-making: scale winners, cut losers quickly
• Clear written communication (concise, actionable)

Tools you should be comfortable with
• Amazon Advertising Console (Seller Central, Vendor Central as applicable)
• Amazon DSP (a plus)
• DataDive (our primary keyword and indexing tool; Helium10, Perpetua, or Pacvue also fine)
