The PM will be the leader of the development team, guiding the team through the different stages of the project from conception to completion. In addition, he/she is the main point of contact between the development team and the clients or stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are aligned with the project progress.

The PM will be able to manage several projects at the same time while maintaining a high level of responsibility and commitment. The position requires constant flexibility and dedication to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Includes defining the scope of the project, planning the schedule, allocating resources and establishing performance metrics.
- Team Management:



Organize and coordinate the development team, including task assignment and workload management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the developed software meets quality standards and customer requirements through periodic testing and review.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the development of the project and develop mitigation plans.
- Communication: Maintain smooth and effective communication both within the development team and with customers and other stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, ensuring that the project stays within planned financial limits.
- Project Delivery: Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the expected quality. Includes preparing deliverables and facilitating the transition of the project or product to the client or operations team.

Requirements:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
