Job Title:SAP Business Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Role Summary
The Business Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all business-facing aspects of an SAP S/4HANA implementation for two manufacturing sites in Argentina. The role ensures successful deployment through effective planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and alignment with program governance

Responsibilities
- Lead the business side of the SAP S/4HANA rollout, ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Define and manage the Business Cutover Plan, including blackout periods and readiness activities
- Support planning and execution of testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)




- Coordinate and support business teams throughout UAT and defect resolution
- Identify, define, and manage business stakeholders and end-user communities
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to program leadership as needed
- Ensure adherence to project governance, methodology, and reporting standards
- Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones to key stakeholders
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) and change adoption activities to ensure business readiness.
