Main Purpose
- Coordinate the activities of the Crop Protection Squad in Southern Cone to deliver the integrated value proposition to customers, accelerate business growth and train the customer facing teams.
- Support the definition of a near-term (3-year) customer value plans for crop protection assets, including pricing, portfolio development, and LCM to deliver annual budget aligned with long-range plan.
- Deliver a 10- year view for project valuation and production needs. Support the definition of the right product portfolio and positioning as key enablers for business value maximization across branded and licensed business.
- Ensure countries to achieve expected results (KPI) for key brands by strong collaboration and alignment with Crop Leads and Customer Marketing team on actions and tools.
- Lead customer and stakeholders value strategy (interaction, price, portfolio), championing development of tailored solutions and collaborating locally, regionally and globally.
