This position is accountable for implementing new processes, changes, and improvements in manufacturing.

We require an engineer who can lead projects end-to-end, actively participate in our strategic business plan by overseeing infrastructure and capacity in relation to demand changes, and provide effective solutions for daily manufacturing challenges in Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.

Your Impact

Project Management
- Manage CAPEX investments end‑to‑end, including planning, scope definition, procurement oversight, and delivery of fixed assets into full operation.
- Support production and engineering activities, leading new product introductions, interpreting engineering designs/BOMs,



and developing/updating work instructions and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance and alignment across the organization, collaborating with HSE to mitigate risks and representing the plant in regional and integral project‑approval committees.

Process Improvement
- Participate in daily production meetings, providing quick and effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Drive achievement of manufacturing KPIs—Safety, Quality, and Efficiency—by analyzing methods, ergonomics, and cycle times; defining and optimizing assembly processes; specifying tools, special equipment, and devices; and developing plant layouts that maximize operational efficiency and safety.

Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering (completed);
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive, agro, home appliances, or similar industries with manual assembly line operations.
