We are looking for a skilled Project Manager in Argentina to join our team.

You will be responsible for the successful management of medium-sized or large-scale projects including project’s profit & loss, project budget, schedule, risks, and conflicts and ensures that all work carried out is in alignment with the goals and objectives of the business.

- 4+ years of practical experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-sized IT projects
- Proficient in key project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge of P&L; concepts, terminology, and processes
- Experience with tools for tracking progress and performance




- Basic understanding of business negotiations and related techniques
- Knowledge and experience in implementing Project management processes: Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication. Identifying and assessing potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Ability to identify client needs in the existing accounts and match them with sales opportunities to support business growth
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or above (verbal and written)

Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in insurance companies is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
