Role Objectives:
- Develop an understanding of Chevron’s existing infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas.- Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions- Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.- Comply with standards and governance- Manage risks and decisions in a transparent way- Ensure the scope of solutions meets the organization’s requirements.- Evaluate existing and emerging technologies regularly

Key Responsibilities-
- Architectural Design: Define and implement architectural solutions that align with Chevron’s strategic goals and technological roadmap. Recommend technologies to meet business needs.- Collaboration: Work with Project Managers, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, and Platform Architects to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with business objectives.- Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring modernization initiatives are delivered within financial constraints.- Leadership and Support: Provide leadership,



mentorship, and technical guidance to development teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.- Quality Assurance: Ensure all modernization efforts adhere to Chevron’s quality standards and best practices through regular reviews and assessments.- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.- Development Standards & Team Enablement: Establish and promote best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across development teams. Provide hands-on support and technical mentorship to ensure consistent implementation, foster skill growth, and drive alignment with Chevron’s engineering principles.

Required qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in the same or a similar position.-
