The Commercial Operations Manager is a hands-on, data-driven role responsible for shaping how Brainlabs scales client delivery and profitability. You'll own capacity and productivity strategy across Practices and Clients, using data, automation, and AI to design smarter staffing decisions and unlock profitable growth. Partnering with leadership, Commercial, People, and New Business teams, you'll translate client demand into staffing strategies that expand productive output and strengthen profitability across the business.
