Responsibilities
- Verify various in-game cosmetics using both planned test cases and exploratory testing during distinct release stages
- Set up consoles and mobile devices for testing by adhering to detailed setup instructions
- Utilize required tools and software to perform assigned daily tasks
- Document and report discovered issues or defects via JIRA
- Perform updates and maintenance on hardware drivers, SDKs, and firmware as needed for the project

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for gaming with experience across multiple popular games, genres, and platforms
- Ability to work onsite with start time between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC -04)
- Knowledge of PC/Windows systems and capability to modify game/system settings
- Dependable work ethic with ownership of assigned responsibilities




- Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
- Positive attitude toward teamwork and cooperation
- Capacity to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving workflows
- English language skills at B1 Intermediate level or above

Nice to have
- Background in game testing or functional QA roles
- Participation in Closed Beta Tests or Crowd Testing Programs like Battlefield Labs or Halo Insider
- Basic familiarity with functional testing concepts, methods, and tools
- Experience reporting bugs in JIRA or comparable tools
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine
- Testing experience on Android and/or iOS devices
