ABOUT THE TEAM

The SAP Concur Deal Support Team is part of the General Commercial COE Finance Organization and operates as a global team supporting Concur deals end to end from quote approval to contract drafting. We assist internal stakeholders from a commercial, contracting, and revenue recognition standpoint. Our responsibilities include ensuring that all non-standard proposals, quotes, redlines, and contracts created are commercially viable and compliant with SAP Revenue Recognition, Commercial and Contracting policies.

As an SAP Concur Commercial Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Strategic Sales Support: Provide commercial, contracting and financial guidance for complex Concur deal structures. Review non-standard pricing structures and non-standard clauses with commercial impact. Provide training and guidance to sales and other teams on financial and compliance-related aspects of deal structuring and contracting. Quote approval and contract drafting: Act as a CFO delegate approver - review, approve Concur quotes. Draft and review commercial contracts, ensuring that terms are consistent with what was approved during the deal structuring and approval process to ensure compliance.
- Collaboration Champion: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and other cross functional teams on non-standard deal requests, while providing end-to-end deal support. Act as a liaison between sales, finance, legal, and other internal d
