Responsibilities
- Test cosmetic features using both written test scenarios and exploratory reviews across development stages
- Set up gaming consoles and smartphones for QA following step-by-step guidelines
- Learn and utilize core tools needed for regular QA operations
- Document and trace defects through JIRA until resolved
- Ensure relevant hardware drivers, SDKs, and firmware remain current per standards

Requirements:
- Video game enthusiast experienced in various modern titles, genres, and consoles
- Willingness to work on-site with start time aligned to 9:00-9:30 AM (UTC -04)
- Competence with PC/Windows systems, including adjusting configurations and settings
- Responsible and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly




- Effective teammate capable of cooperation in QA tasks
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and evolving processes
- B1 (Intermediate) English fluency or higher

Nice to have
- Prior work with game testing or functional QA
- Engagement in crowd testing or closed beta groups like Battlefield Labs or Halo Insider
- Understanding of QA testing methodologies and software
- Bug tracking experience using JIRA or related tools
- Introductory knowledge of Unreal Engine
- Cross-platform mobile testing experience on Android and iOS
