Responsibilities
- Test cosmetic content using established test scenarios along with exploratory techniques during staged releases
- Set up gaming consoles and mobile devices following detailed configuration instructions
- Become proficient in tools necessary for executing daily workflows
- Identify and report errors or inconsistencies through JIRA
- Ensure hardware is kept up-to-date including drivers, SDKs, and firmware

Requirements:
- Dedicated gamer with experience in a variety of contemporary games, genres, and devices
- Availability to work on-site starting between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC -04)
- Comprehensive knowledge of PC/Windows systems enabling adjustment of system and game configurations
- Dependable approach to task completion




- Ability to safeguard confidential client information
- Effective in collaborative team environments
- Capacity to quickly gain skills in new tools and processes
- English skills at B1 level or higher

Nice to have
- Hands-on background in game or functional testing
- Involvement in Beta Testing or community testing programs like "Battlefield Labs" or "Halo Insider"
- Insight into functional testing principles, workflows, and software
- Bug tracking experience in JIRA or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine
- Mobile device QA for Android or iOS
