We are looking for a Junior Functional Tester to help ensure quality for an AAA game item release pipeline. This role centers on examining cosmetic content before it reaches players. You will work with production staff, oversee item queues, and help deliver an outstanding gaming environment. Join us to make an impact on gamers everywhere.

Responsibilities
- Review cosmetic game assets using both scripted tests and exploratory checks during different release cycles
- Configure consoles and smartphones for testing according to provided setup steps
- Learn and master the software and tools essential for daily operations
- Log and share detected bugs or issues through JIRA
- Maintain drivers, SDKs, and firmware versions to meet project requirements

Requirements:
- Enthusiastic gamer with practical experience across various modern games, genres, and platforms
- Capacity to work on-site with start time between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC -04)




- Proficient knowledge of PC/Windows setups with skill to adjust necessary settings
- Dependable attitude with ownership of assigned duties
- Ability to handle sensitive client information securely
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and procedures
- English communication skills at B1 level or above

Nice to have
- Experience in game testing or functional QA roles
- Participation in Beta Testing or Crowd Testing initiatives like "Battlefield Labs" or "Halo Insider"
- Understanding of functional testing methods, processes, and platforms
- Competence in logging issues via JIRA or similar
- Awareness of Unreal Engine
- Mobile testing experience on Android and iOS devices
