EPAM is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Testerto oversee daily testing activities for a gaming project in an office-based setting.

In this role, you will coordinate testing priorities, act as the primary contact for client QA requests, monitor team performance, and assist with staffing and onboarding. The position requires strong expertise in software testing, leadership abilities, and a dedication to quality and ongoing improvement. Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily assignments of the Test Team to ensure top-priority tasks are addressed
- Act as the liaison between the Client's QA Analyst team and the Test Team, managing incoming requests
- Monitor and report on team activities, including attendance, challenges, and escalations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of testers working on the project
- Participate in staffing processes, including recruitment and onboarding
- Identify, troubleshoot,



and escalate defects or issues that hinder the team's ability to complete assignments

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing
- Deep understanding of project documentation and the ability to work effectively in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environments with limited documentation
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and reporting testing activities for a team
- Advanced skills in installing and running builds on gaming consoles and mobile devices, as well as training others in these processes
- Ability to coordinate a team of 5-20 testers on established projects or set up testing processes from the ground up
- Experience in knowledge transfer, onboarding, and upskilling team members
- Expertise in software quality control processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks independently without supervision
- Accountable for the outcomes of primary testing resp
