ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Growth Manager, you will lead the company’s growth strategy by integrating data‑driven decision-making, market intelligence, and performance analytics to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. You will manage a team of three specialists focused on enablement and performance analysis, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals and delivering measurable impact.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the growth enablement team, coaching and developing three direct reports while ensuring high performance, collaboration, and clear accountability.
- Oversee the analysis of commercial and performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize efficiency, reduce CAC, and improve revenue predictability.
- Conduct market analysisto identify white spaces, competitive opportunities, and new areas for expansion—including the strategic development of the inland/regional market.
- Define and execute go‑to‑market strategiesto expand product mix, drive upsell opportunities,



and accelerate acquisition through both digital and field channels.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design scalable models that support growth across multiple customer segments.
- Use insights, analytics, and business intelligence to inform decision‑making and enhance the customer journey from acquisition through retention.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s overall growth strategy, enabling long‑term and sustainable revenue expansion.

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in growth, business development, or commercial strategy, ideally in fast‑paced or tech‑driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data (CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, churn, payback) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis, identifying white spaces, and designing expansion strategies.
