EPAM is looking for a motivated Testerto become part of a new team supporting an AAA game platform.

You will be responsible for checking a variety of in-game cosmetic items before they are released to the player community. This position involves working closely with the production team, managing a continuous flow of items, and ensuring a high-quality gaming experience.

Responsibilities
- Carry out cosmetic checks on a wide selection of in-game items using both test cases and exploratory approaches throughout different release cycles
- Set up consoles and mobile devices for testing by following step-by-step instructions
- Become proficient with the tools required to accomplish daily tasks
- Log and communicate any defects found through the JIRA bug tracking platform
- Keep hardware such as drivers, SDKs, and firmware current in line with project standards

Requirements:
- Enthusiastic gamer with hands-on experience in various modern games, genres, and platforms




- Able to work from the office with a start time between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC -04)
- Solid knowledge of PC/Windows environments and the ability to modify game and system settings as directed
- Shows accountability in all work performed
- Handles confidential client information with care and professionalism
- Collaborates well within a team setting
- Adapts quickly to new tools and workflows
- English language skills at B1 level or above

Nice to have
- Background in game testing or functional testing roles
- Active involvement in Closed Beta Tests or Crowd Testing Programs like "Battlefield Labs" or "Halo Insider"
- Awareness of functional testing concepts, processes, and toolsets
- Experience with bug tracking in JIRA or similar systems
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine
- Experience testing on mobile platforms such as Android or iOS
