What you'll do:
- Take direction from Creative Leads and Art Directors to finalize deliverables
- Design within established digital ad templates and create new comps as needed
- Prepare and deliver clean files for digital and out-of-home outputs
- Organize and archive files and assets internally
- Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects
- Maintain consistent creative quality in all aspects of work
- Interact with project managers to receive and react to client feedback

Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital production in an agency setting
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to work through multiple iterations and with speed and efficiency
- Ability to work independently, but also be an excellent collaborator
- An understanding of visually engaging design aesthetic
- Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Fluent in Google G Suite, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Experience using AI tools for creative and organizational purposes.



Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and AI innovations.
- An "OCD-like" attitude when it comes to file organization; managing multiple files, versions, naming conventions, and assets groups
- Ability to interpret and follow brand and process guidelines
- Solid understanding of typography, color spaces, and page layout
- Motion graphics experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus, but not required
