JOIN TERRA’S FINANCE TEAM

​​​​​We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team.

In this role, you’ll support our accounting operations across different entities, working with reconciliations, payments, financial documentation, reporting, and general accounting processes.

This opportunity is open to candidates based in Argentina who are fluent in Spanish and have a good command of English.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Review payments to linguistic and non-linguistic vendors.
- Monitor client accounts receivable balances.
- Review supporting documentation related to payments and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial and accounting reports.
- Review commission calculations and professional fee payments.
- Support accounting processes across different Terra entities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support improvements in accounting processes and controls.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Accounting,



Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience working with different legal entities or companies is highly valued.
- Good command of English and fluent Spanish.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
