The Sales Operations Manager is key to enabling our sales teams (Client Partners and Client Solution Managers) to drive revenue at scale, efficiently and strategically.



The role owns revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness of our tooling and sales processes, and productive cross-functional partnership across internal teams and our partners. You will support our Business Units representing Twitch, Roblox and Admazing. You'll act as a right hand to the Partner Director on planning, reporting and analysis for the assigned Business Unit, and as the leader of the Client Solutions team, partnering with sales leaders on strategies that improve stakeholder experience, optimize performance and reduce operational costs.

We're looking for a highly organized, self-starting professional who is passionate about process design and optimization, anticipates issues, and takes initiative to solve them.
