Role Purpose & Responsibilities:

As a Facility Coordinator, you will implement global and regional Real Estate & Facilities strategies at the local level, overseeing facility operations and supporting property transactions in Andina Region (Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela). You will act as the main liaison for local stakeholders, ensuring efficient workplace solutions, regulatory compliance, and alignment with SAP’s General Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) policies.
- Partner with project teams, suppliers, and shared services to oversee the conception, planning, utilization,



maintenance, renovation, and redevelopment of office space.
- Coordinate the physical workplace to support organizational needs, including building management, maintenance, repairs, and compliance with environmental, health, and security standards.
- Proactively support and optimize how teams and visitors use the workspace, ensuring environments are welcoming, functional, and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
- Recommend and execute facility improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries, including business partners, executives, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
