Terra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Production Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of websites across a diverse set of client accounts. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys bringing digital experiences to life, managing web content with precision, and ensuring sites are accurate, polished, and up to date.

The right candidate is highly organized, technically savvy, and comfortable working across multiple projects and platforms. You’re someone who takes ownership of your work, catches the details others might miss, and can confidently manage web production tasks from start to finish while collaborating closely with internal teams.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating clearly and confidently in a global, remote work environment.

You have 2+ years of experience in web production, content management, digital production, or a related role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

You’re highly proficient in WordPress and comfortable working within content management systems to publish, update,



and maintain web content.

You’re detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, polished work. You have a sharp eye for inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities to improve the user experience.

You’re proactive and take ownership of your work, anticipating needs and following projects through to completion with minimal oversight.

You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple web production requests, deadlines, and priorities at once.

You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other cross-functional partners.

You’re adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly.
