About This Role

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a strategic advisor to senior leaders,



helping build the organizational capability Caylent needs to grow. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through organization design, leadership, workforce, and talent decisions.

You will help leaders make clearer decisions on team design, leadership capability, workforce tradeoffs, performance, and how talent is deployed as Caylent’s delivery model evolves. You will combine systems thinking with practical execution—working across the organization while staying close enough to the business to identify issues early and address them at the root.

AI is essential to how this role operates. Supporting roughly 80% of Caylent requires disciplined prioritization: you will focus your human judgment on the decisions, relationships, and complex situations that require it, and use Claude and other AI tools as daily partners for analysis, preparation, synthesis, work
