Night Auditor
Location: Remote - BA
Contractor - Monday through Sunday from 11pm-7am BA time (GMT-3)
About the Role
Kingbee is looking for a Customer Service Night Auditor to join our fast-growing team in Buenos Aires. A person in this position will have responsibilities like fleet management, managing the incoming pipeline, handling phone communications, and ensuring overall operational continuity during overnight hours. The Customer Service Night Auditor will report directly to the CX Supervisors. This is an operational support role that requires organization and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fleet operations overnight, including vehicle relocations, and roadside assistance coordination.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls via Dialpad, providing real-time support to key clients and communicating directly with drivers on route.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve the overnight ticket pipeline on desk, ensuring all cases are documented and handed off to the day shift with full context.
- Coordinate with internal drivers and external logistics providers to execute vehicle movements, evaluating cost-efficiency before authorizing external services.
- Monitor and update vehicle and operational status across internal platforms escalating anomalies and ensuring full operational continuity throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms (Zoho, Desk, or similar) is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor is preferred, not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
