Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Development Representative (CDR) to join our growing Sales Team.
In this role, you will connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our immigration services and help them take the next step in their journey with Colombo & Hurd. You will be one of the first points of contact for many of our prospective clients, making your ability to create a warm, professional,



and positive experience over the phone an important part of the role.
This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, confident, comfortable talking to people on the phone, and motivated by goals and performance. Previous sales experience is not required. Experience in telemarketing, appointment scheduling, call centers, customer service, or other phone-based roles is highly transferable.

Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day to warm prospective clients.
Engage prospective clients in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner while creating a positive client experience.
Qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and determining whether they are ready to move forward with a consultation.
Schedule qualified prospective clients for consultations with our Client Liaisons and help ensure a smooth transition into the next stage of the sales process.
