Position Summary
We’re looking for a self-motivated, high energy Outsourcing Specialist. The Outsourcing Specialist responsibilities include processing of A/P, A/R, payroll and light month-end closing tasks, as well as other entry level accounting related functions as requested. The right individual for this position will be able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple customer needs, while maintaining and delivering a high level of accuracy and professionalism.



This role requires a strong command of both written and spoken English. This role will regularly meet with and communicate via email and chat with native English speakers in the USA.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
Processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports following predetermined guidelines
Accurate and timely data entry that adheres to customer deadlines
Maintain process documentation
Assist with light bookkeeping work as needed

Requirements
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English. Must be able to carry on business conversations and work directly with small business owners and their teams in the US independently
Excellent time management skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously and thrive on deadlines
Must be able to communicate positively and be a strong team player as well as manage customer relationships
