Paid media is one of our biggest growth engines, and that is where you come in.

The role
You will be the right hand to our Director of Performance Marketing across Meta, AppLovin and other platforms. They set the strategy, you bring it to life. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the detail and wants to learn media buying at scale.

What you will do
Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat, AppLovin and other platforms
Upload creative and ensure correct copy, links, UTMs and naming conventions on every ad
Set up audiences, exclusions and retargeting segments
QA every campaign before launch:



tracking, budgets, placements, landing pages
Pull daily and weekly reports and flag anything unusual
Keep ad accounts clean and organised, and chase creative assets when needed

What we are looking for
2 years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager (we will teach you others)
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in clean, correct setups
Comfortable working at pace across multiple markets
Confident with spreadsheets and simple reporting
A doer who takes direction well and wants to grow into a media buyer

Bonus points for DTC/e-commerce experience, Shopify or Triple Whale familiarity
