Position Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead key engineering squads and play a key role in the evolution of Olé Life’s technology platform.
This role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and team building. You will help define the technical direction of our platform while building and mentoring a small, high-impact engineering team. Rather than managing from a distance,



we’re looking for someone who enjoys staying close to the code and contributing directly to solving complex technical challenges.
You will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams across product, data, and business to build scalable systems that support our expansion across Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to build a team and shape the technology behind an emerging InsurTech platform, while operating in a fast-moving environment where speed, pragmatism, and ownership matter.
What you’ll do
Directly lead squads and co-lead the development of our engineering team, helping establish the technical foundation and team culture from the ground up.
Own and drive the development of a core area of the Olé platform, aligned with your expertise and the company’s strategic priorities.
Set technical direction and architecture decisions in collaboration with the broader engineering leadership.
Remain hands-on with the codebase, contributing directly to development and technical problem-solving.
