Your Mission

As an HR Analyst, you will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on HR administration and Talent Acquisition activities.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will assist in internal governance processes and help ensure compliance with Argentine labor legislation, company policies and integral standards.

As part of a global organization, this role provides the opportunity to learn and contribute to “best in class” HR practices while supporting employees in Argentina and collaborating with global stakeholders.

This position reports to the HR Manager and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Your responsibilities





HR & Compliance Support

Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of HR-related documents and labor agreements, including employee personal files, policies and employment contracts.
Support the administration and implementation of employee benefits policies under guidance from the HR team.
Support compliance by ensuring HR processes such as hiring, terminations and disciplinary actions are documented according to legal requirements and BYD standards, escalating questions when needed.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring records are accurate, complete and properly filed.

Talent Acquisition Support

Assist in recruitment processes by supporting candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback.
