Role Overview
Motivus is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Argentina to support growth across the U.S. Healthcare and BFSI markets. This role will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and pipeline generation with U.S.-based clients and prospects.
The adecuado candidate is a proactive commercial professional with strong communication skills in English, experience engaging U.S. stakeholders remotely,



and the ability to identify opportunities across complex enterprise environments. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating conversations, and partnering closely with sales and delivery leaders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage U.S.-based clients and prospects across Healthcare and BFSI markets.
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound outreach, account research, and follow-up campaigns.
Identify decision-makers and build early-stage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Qualify opportunities and route them effectively to senior sales/client partner leaders.
Support account-based sales strategies by researching target accounts, whitespace, and relevant buyer triggers.
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, including activity tracking, lead status updates, and pipeline notes.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to tailor outreach mess
